High in the mountains of Uraga, in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, Yabitu Koba is home to smallholder coffee farmers growing coffee at elevations of approximately 2,100–2,250 meters above sea level. The cool temperatures and high elevation allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly, helping develop the sweetness, complexity, and vibrant character for which coffees from this area are known.
This washed coffee is classified as Ethiopia Grade 1, the country’s highest quality grade, and offers a clean, expressive cup with notes of dark berry, caramelized sugar, and cocoa.

We take pride in providing freshly roasted coffee to your doorstep. Orders received by Sunday night at 11:59 PM CT will be roasted either Monday or Tuesday, and shipped out on Wednesday. Any orders placed after Sunday night will be roasted and shipped out the following Wednesday.
Shipping rates are calculated based on order size and shipping location, with either USPS Ground or Priority Mail as available options. Free shipping on orders $50+ within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii is available at calculated USPS rates.
